Wire transfers in EUR currency
In case of euro currency, the wire transfer should be made as so-called SEPA transfer (Single Euro Payments Area) in order to minimise the bank costs.
The amount of a wire transfer should be declared in EUR currency, and, depending on a method of dividing the bank provision, an SHA mode, a following SWIFT code, or a BIC code should be provided: ALBPPLPW
In case of making a donation for a beneficiary of the Siepomaga Foundation, their individual account number should be used when making a wire transfer. It is available after clicking on the Donate bar, then Data for bank transfer, and finally, selecting the IBAN account number (the one with PL prefix). Optionally, you can choose the Foundation main account number, that is available on the main page under Contact section.
The payment details of the bank transfer are optional—all funds are registered as overall donation that will be transferred for particular beneficiary, based on the account number.
The booking of a transfer in EUR currency in SEPA mode usually takes up to 3 business days.
Wire transfers in different currencies
The amount of the transfer should be declared in the same currency as the Donor’s bank account is held, and depending on a method of dividing the bank provision, an OUR mode, a following SWIFT code, or a BIC code should be provided: ALBPPLPW.

However, it is necessary to provide a Recipient, which is “Fundacja Siepomaga”—otherwise the bank transfer may return to the Sender.
In the event when providing the name of the bank of the Recipient is necessary, please enter Alior Bank SA.
The booking of a SWIFT international transfer depends on the country, in which a bank account of a Donor is held, and it can take up to several business days.
Other methods of payment
In case of transferring donations from abroad, we recommend using credit/debit card. Such donation can be made in Polish zlotys or, after currency exchange, in popular foreign currencies via payment integrator, which may be more beneficial if the banks take additional provisions for handling foreign currency transactions.
Notice: the payment card does not have to be a credit card. It is sufficient if it is suitable for online payments, and has a CVV code at the back. In case of the cards issued in the European Union, it is necessary to activate the 3DSecure option, to ensure a secure confirmation of a card payment.
